Did you watch it?

If you did not watch tonight's Glee season 4 premiere....DO NOT READ THIS! But if you want a bit of a spoiler than go on and read. Well, I'm not going to lie the first shocker was the Tina and Mike Chang break-up, I was sure they would last a while but I guess distance can tear a couple apart, so we'll see if things get awkward when the two reunite later in the season. I'm not going to lie I definitely have a love/hate relationship with what I and Sue Sylvester like to call "The New Quinn", she's feisty and fierce like how Quinn was but she's still pretty horrible. To add to that the new characters did not disappoint especially Dean Geyer and his abs, I mean his voice. He had a pretty great voice. Marley's storyline is a storyline I love and thought was amazing, it was something beautiful and something relatable in this economy, and as much as I want to say that she and Sam have a connection I think something is brewing between her and Jake. Ok, I read the spoilers and definitely know that they will be the next relationship, Jarley. The eye-opener to the glee club about Marley's mom was great and it was something that helped bring them back to the ground (the glee club was trying to be cool by making fun of Marley's mom, a big lunch lady). I was really excited when I saw the new bad boy Jake, and it was awesome that they didn't bring up his brother, Puck, until the end, smart move even though we kind of already knew. But hey I can't wait until, Puck, comes back, and I personally think there should be an episode where Jake tells Puck about himself. I think the scenes that made my day were the ones of Rachel Berry and Marley singing Billy Joel's New York State of Mind, both of their vocals were amazing and together they definitely dominated. But of course all good things come to an end and the episode's ending didn't end on a low note, it ended with Rachel basically having a mental break down (you would too, if you had an alcoholic, mean dance teacher like Kate Hudson's character) and her best bud being there for her, Kurt. Yes, Kurt is following his dream and is now in New York, I was on the verge of tears when Burt Hummel, Kurt's dad, drove him to the train station and said his goodbyes. Though Kurt didn't see it his dad was starting to cry and I almost broke down with him. The next time we see Kurt we'll see him and Rachel moving in and struggling to make their Broadway dreams come true. So, for now just keep calm and wait until next Thursday when we get to watch the "Britney 2.0" episode, the second tribute episode to Britney Spears.  Good bye for now, and keep reading for more blog posts, spoilers, and don't be afraid to comment.

What do you think about Marley?

Will Jake Puckerman join the glee club?

Is there a “Puckerman Family Reunion” in store for us?

What did you think of Dean Geyer’s character, Brody’s abs, I mean his character?   Do you think he was putting the moves on Rachel?

  1. Well, I haven't watched it yet, so I had to skip most of your article! Oh, no! Do you know of any ways to see last weeks episode?

  2. Oh no! umm the only way I know is through HULU PLUS, Itunes, and/or FOX.com. The only thing is that you would have to pay for them. However, if you have COX Communications you could go to the OnDemand and click on Primetime, go to FOX, choose Glee and pick the episode you want to watch.
